How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically, 3-5 business days for domestic orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international orders. This is barring any delay in clearing the destination country’s Customs Service.

What’s your return policy?

You may return or exchange purchased items within 10 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to sales@fluentflyers.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items are deemed un-returnable if worn, washed, tags have been removed, or have been damaged by the customer. Once we approve the return/exchange, we’ll give you more instructions from there. Keep in mind, we do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).
